About HiPace
At HiPace, we are on a mission to revolutionize run workouts by delivering tailored workouts to our customers. As a newly launched fitness-tech startup, we want to empower runners and those who want to start running to work out smarter together. We are not just providing training plans; we also provide the workouts indicated by your plan: personalized, dynamic, and structured. No matter the level, at HiPace we pick up everybody from the point they start.
What You Will Do
- Check in runners before the workout and introduce the session
- Conduct different pre-designed workouts (Long Run, Tempo Run, Interval, Sprint, etc.)
- Support participants during the workout and create a great atmosphere
- Make sure everyone feels in the right place
You Have
- A strong background in sports and fitness, especially running (no need to be a professional runner, but some experience is required)
- Social skills to manage group activities
- Experience guiding groups or delivering fitness workouts (if not, we will prepare you)
- Time to conduct at least 2–3 workouts a week
